As a former Navy artist and "Shell Back," "Blue Water" sailor, we visited some pretty exotic ports in the western Pacific Ocean. This is my memory of liberty call in Olongapo, Philippines, a very wild place. I remember some of the old salts telling us tales about what goes on there. They were unbelievable at the time, yet turned out to be true. Crazy!
